| A fully functional seminar Hall is available for presentations during ITCN Asia 2011 at Karachi Expo Centre. The objective is to provide an exquisite opportunity to our valued customers to conduct focused sessions with a captive audience of quality buyers and potential partners in a congenial environment. These seminars would play an imperative role in conducting sound business interactions and lay the cornerstone in developing long lasting business relations for years to come. |

Facilities/ Services:
Following facilities would be provided on booking of the Seminar Hall:

The Chief Guest of Seminar would be given a status of Guest of Honor at the Exhibition.

Distribution of Seminar Information (A4 Size - provided by the Client) would be conducted from the Main Information Desk at the Exhibition, well in advance of the respective Seminar (If possible).

Five time announcements in Exhibition Halls starting well before the Seminar start time. (If possible).

100 Trade/Corporate visitor passes for seminar organizers. (These passes are to be
shown for entrance at Expo center premises).

Decorated Stage with seating arrangement of 5 persons.

Seating arrangement for a maximum of 120 persons in seminar hall including VIP sofa set at the front.

Provision of a PC for presentation with multimedia projector and screen (Please ensure in advance the compatibility of presentations with the system provided.

Sound system with 2 fixed and 1 chord-less mic.

Facilitation for refreshments (charges to be paid directly to the service provider)

The minimum time slot for a seminar is 2 hours, including the setup / refreshment time
Note:
- Booking would be strictly on first-come-first-served-basis
- Rates mentioned above apply to a single event & subject to change without any prior notice.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The registration form will only be accepted with 100% payment in advance.
- In case any Seminar Holder cancels his/her registration before
August 31, 2011, he/she shall be entitled to only 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Any participant canceling his/her registration after deadline, shall not receive a refund, however, he/she may arrange for a substitute seminar holder without any additional charge.
- Please make payment in Pakistan Rupees through crossed cheque or Bank draft or T.T in favour of Ecommerce Gateway Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. A/C No. 422070009 ABN Amro Bank, Shaheed-e-Millat Road Branch, Karachi, Swift Code ABNA PKKA. |
