Sohail Minhas is an accomplished professional who has over 17 years of diversified management experience in operations, marketing, strategic planning. He is currently working as General Manager Marketing for Computer research Pvt Limited. He has been with CRPL for about 2 years; working with CRPL has given his knowledge strength more dept in Telecom and Mobile industry.

Minhas holds an MBA degree with majors in Marketing. He also has extensive management training in major management disciplines both inside and outside of Pakistan. He has been associated with the IT industry for over a decade, severing the IT industry from both software and hardware point of view.

He is an effective communicator and has been involved in management training and development activities though seminars, workshops and in-house training programs throughout his career. He is married and lives in Karachi with his wife and one son. Plus he is a keen golfer

Khuram Rahat, is currently the Managing Director for Teradata in Pakistan and Bangladesh. He has a Masters in Business Administration and has been actively involved in management and technology issues for over 18 years.

Khuram has held various senior management and sales positions at the country and regional level and has a wide exposure to the Government, Financial and Telecommunication industries.

Mr. Rahat is well known for his in-depth knowledge of leading edge Business Intelligence Solutions and has offered consultancy to other institutions on how to implement this in their organization.  He has been regularly delivering lectures and presentations as a guest speaker at various forums and conferences. He is also President of Project Management Institute’s Islamabad Chapter

Syed Sajjad Muhiyuddin is currently working as Chief Consultant (Next Generation Networks) in MYSON. Prior to joining MYSON, he was working as Principal Member Technical Team (PMTT) with AT&T Mobility (USA) and in this capacity was a key member of the team that took AT&T from TDMA to 3G (HSPA) network. During his tenure with AT&T Mobility he also designed the architecture to tap various interfaces of a 2.5 and 3G network.

He is an expert in 3G technology (UMTS) and led a team of dedicated professionals to develop scripts & procedures to simulate NodeBs and RNCs. He possesses more than 15 years of professional experience in the field of telecommunication engineering in Pakistan and abroad. He is an active member of IEEE USA, PEC and writes regularly for various technical journals.

As a Director & COO, Mr. Usman Sheikh is leading the KHL- Konnect Holden Limited in new & diversified sectors such as Telecommunication, Power Generation, Optimal Connectivity & Solutions, Infrastructure Housing, Specialized Construction & assisting existing group expertise Extensive experience in Senior Management positions in private sector as well as in Govt Sector, heading Group/Company Operations at all levels, in dynamic businesses sectors across TPCT (Technology, Power, Construction & Telecom), Finance and Consumer/Retail Banking.

Strong credentials with results orientation, strategic insight and intense focus with a keen understanding of setting up new alliances, diversifications & business development within Pakistan and overseas markets. Foremost, experience in strategy, operations, mergers & acquisitions, successful implementation of new propositions within emerging industries, financing, and troubleshooting are core strengths of experience earned in the last 22 years. Ammar Bin Mujeeb is currently the CIO of Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan Limited. He has more than fourteen (14) years of experience in systems implementation in the banking industry – both in Pakistan and abroad. For the last three years he has been performing the role of CIO at Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan and has implemented the complete IT Infrastructure for the bank. Prior to DIB, he has been working for Reckitt Benckiser Pakistan as Country IS Manager, Saudi Pak Commercial Bank as Head of e-Banking, and Unisys (in Pakistan & Dubai) as banking system consultant. He has been implementing e-Banking solutions since 2000 both in Pakistan and abroad. He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in Business Administration (majors in Finance)

Mr. Aadil has previously had various management positions with Nortel worldwide including USA, UAE and Singapore and brings with him 14 years of experience in the elecommunications Industry. His varied roles have convered assignments in sales, marketing, product management and engineering.

Mr Zomma Mohiuddin is an Executive Vice President in PTCL, heading the company’s Multimedia and Broadband Team. Mr Zomma has also headed PTCL’s  Corporate Strategy team. An alumni of Oxford University and Kings College London, Mr Zomma is also the lead author of the Broadband policy of Pakistan. Prior to joining the PTCL group in 2003, Mr Zomma Mohiuddin planned and deployed Pakistan’s first digital wireless multichannel TV network (based on the OFDM based 4G technology). Mr Zomma has had over 10 years of experience in the European market with involvement in the deployment of the world’s first GSM 1800 cellular network (with Cable & wireless in the UK) and one of the world’s first GSM dual band cellular networks (with Nokia Networks in Switzerland).   

Tabish Sabah, an MBA from IBA has worked for NCR Corporation for more than 8 years and was responsible for driving the potential for Data warehouse, Contact Centers & CRM in the Financial Sector. Tabish has joined Microsoft Pakistan early this year and is responsible for Enterprise Segment by providing solutions in the areas of Business Productivity by focusing on Platform Value. Based in Karachi, Tabish is a dynamic speaker and will talk about “Get Smart with your IT Investments” with a core focus on making people ready. His experience with the banking industry will help audiences envision a customer centric organization

Mr. Sikandar Naqi is amongst the pioneers of the telecom sector of Pakistan having more than 17 years of experience, he has been through all the phases of the Industry. Having a second to none knowledge of the industry and the Pakistani market; how it has emerged over the years of its growth and the regulations governing the industry Mr. Naqi is an iconic figure and has contributed immensely towards the amazing growth that has been witnessed in the telecom sector.

Equipped with an MBA and an Economics degree Mr. Naqi has held various top management positions in the leading operators in Pakistan which includes China Mobile, Millicom and is currently heading the corporate development department of PTCL (the incumbent operator). He has major experience in the Telecom Sector since 1997. He has been associated with various International Telecom conferences as a member as well as a guest.
