Dear exhibitor of ITCN Asia,
As you are aware, ITCN Asia is a B2B Mega IT event renowned for its eminence in the whole region since 2001. A number of our multinational clients have complained for the unbearable noise created by a few exhibitors, copy of a complaint reproduced hereunder:
Quote: “ As we are about to sign for the upcoming 10th ITCN Asia 2010, I would like to record my serious concerns on our 2008 experience with ITCN. We were very disturbed by the loud noise of ________ stall and the highly unethical activities by _________ stall around us. I am not sure how come it falls within the domain of corporate culture, however, I would like to make sure that it does not happen before I decide to join this expo. Kindly assure your efforts as previously your support team didn't help us out .” Unquote.
It has therefore been decided that as it was done in 2009 the Rules & Regulations of the Exhibition shall be strictly implemented in 10th ITCN Asia 2010 and the noise level will not be allowed to be carried on beyond the exhibitors' own stalls, and thus avoid nuisance to other exhibitors in vicinity.
Accordingly, it is announced for the information of all concerned that bringing of speakers by the exhibitors on their stalls in the Hall, shall not be allowed.
Any speaker found inside the Expo Center Halls making loud noise would be removed/confiscated by the security staff. To maintain the corporate environment, Catwalk, lottery, high level lighting or noise generation in any form shall also not be allowed inside the Halls. Any exhibitor desirous of such activities & loud noise is advised to book outdoor exhibit space in the Expo Centre.
We expect that all the terms mentioned in the Rules & Regulations of Participation, printed overleaf the Participation Contract Form would be respected by our esteemed exhibitors to make10th ITCN Asia 2010 a grand success.
