Gregory (Greg) K. Hinckley serves as Chairman of Mentor Graphics. Before he joined Mentor in January of 1997, he was senior vice
president and chief financial officer of VLSI Technology, Inc. in San Jose, California. In the past he has held senior officer positions
with Bio-Rad Laboratories and Raychem Corporation.
