Mr. Ayaz ul Haque

Mr. Ayaz ul Haque is the Director of DFJ ePlanet in Silicon Valley. Prior to joining DFJ ePlanet Ventures, Mr. Haque was the Director of Corporate Advisory Services at Crosby Financial Holdings in London, where he managed European, Gulf-state, and Asian initiatives of one of Asia's most experienced investment banks. While at Crosby, Mr. Haque focused on both mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. Prior to his involvement with Crosby Financial Holdings, Mr. Haque was the Associate Director of Corporate Finance at Peregrine Investments in Bahrain, where he developed Peregrine's corporate finance and private equity businesses in the Middle East, and identified and evaluated corporate finance and private equity opportunities. Previously, Mr. Haque was an associate in the Corporate Finance Group of Bear, Stearns & Co. in New York, where he was responsible for the development of the company's South Asia franchise. Mr. Haque holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in Economics from Middlebury College in Vermont.
